Of late I’ve been receiving a lot of complaints about the number of characters that I’m introducing into Bunty The Barber and their names which aren’t that easy to remember. Thus I’ve decided to clear all your doubts through this post.
The story is based upon a guy named Bunty who becomes a barber thanks to the inspiration he drew from his Uncle Billoo. Tiranus is Billoo’s dog. Bunty comes to Chennai from his hometown as he was being chased down by the guards of Don Muthuswami. He has a girlfriend named Girija who is also from the same town that he is from. Purushotham Iyengar, the consigliere of Don Chellapa, is the guy who helps him with his childhood dream of becoming a barber. Bapilal Mehta, the son of Harilal and Gomathi Mehta, is one of Mr Iyengar’s client whom he betrays. Bapilal is married to Sophia Mehta and they give birth to Chinnilal. Chinni falls in love with Aanya. Lollytha is Bapilal’s colleague.
The main characters to be remembered here as of now are Bunty, Purushotham Iyengar and Chinni. The others won’t play a major role at least at least at the moment.
